Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Short answer: we do not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

What we do with your information

When you submit our form, your information is used for one purpose: so that a specialist can review your private student loan situation and contact you about it. If you qualify and choose to proceed, we introduce you to our vetted partner provider, Panamerican Consulting, LLC, so they can assist you.

That introduction is a service transfer at your request, not a sale. We receive no payment from any third party in exchange for your personal information.

What we never collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, passwords, bank account or routing numbers, or credit or debit card numbers. Because we never collect that data, we cannot sell, share or lose it.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

How to submit a request

Even though we do not sell or share personal information, you may submit an opt-out, access, correction or deletion request at any time:

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, using information you already provided to us. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
